At Scholl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
